On-site registration and registration applications postmarked after September 20, 2009 will incur a $5.00 surcharge.
*A current Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC) membership number is required for this rate. If you are not currently a member of the ANAC, you may take advantage of the ANAC rate by joining online at www.nursesinaidscare.org or by calling 800.260.6780 for more information.
